Manager - Karima
Karima has been instrumental since the opening of Little Learners Land and makes it her place to get to know every one of our Little Learners and their families. Karima is extremely passionate about early years and believes that this is reflected in the effort and dedication put forward by her and the team. Together they ensure the creation of a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment in which children can explore, learn and develop. Her team of passionate practitioners work tirelessly to ensure that every child receives the best teaching, learning and development to truly reach their full potential. She believes that by creating an enabling environment children thrive and receive the very best learning opportunities. Karima looks forward to welcoming you into the Little Learners Land family.
Little Explorers Room Leader - Holly
Holly has always had a keen passion for supporting all children in their early education. Holly strongly believes that the first five years of a child’s life are the most impactful for their future and she thoroughly enjoys creating a warm and welcoming environment to ensure that all children are able to feel safe and secure to really foster a love of learning. The most rewarding part of her role is watching the journey the children take as they move through the nursery and supporting parents to ensure that all children reach their full potential. In Holly’s spare time, she enjoys being creative through both painting and crochet.
Little Investigators Room Leader - Bethan
Bethan has a passion for supporting children to grow, develop and prepare them for the big wide world. Over the years, Bethan has developed her experience working with children with additional needs and welcomes the opportunity to work with them and help them to develop. Bethan is a team player and really enjoys the sense of family within the staff team at the nursery. Bethan loves music and singing, spending time with her family and friends and is an avid football fan!
Heather
Heather has always loved children and truly enjoys to watch them develop, learn and achieve. Heather is not only a mother herself but is also a grandmother! Heather enjoys family time and trips with her extended family.
Juliette
Juliette has been working with children for over 20 years following her childhood dream. Juliette relishes being able to support their early development and prepare them for school readiness. She is particularly passionate about helping children to learn and develop through a play based approach.
Grace
Grace enjoys watching the children learn, grow and develop in her care. She loves being able to reach all their milestones and be able to celebrate their achievements which is very rewarding. Grace loves her job as it means she can learn new skills and have different experiences everyday. Grace is keen to develop her knowledge and enhance her experience working with children with additional needs.
Simran
Simran believes in always providing a fun and engaging environment for the children. Coming from an Art background herself, she loves to create exciting activities that will bring plenty of smiles and laughter. She loves to bring new ideas and activities always striving for the children to learn whilst exploring through play at the same time. Simran loves her job as it provides her the opportunity to develop her skills and knowledge each and every day developing strong bonds with the children.
Logos
Logos is a qualified nurse who has chosen to pursue her passion for working with babies and children. She absolutely loves her role at the nursery, creating a warm and nurturing environment where little ones can thrive. With her medical background and caring nature, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a reassuring presence to the team. In her spare time, Logos enjoys getting lost in a good book, always eager to learn and explore new ideas.
Thanuja
Thanuja is deeply passionate about nurturing young minds and supporting their early development. Her journey in education has taken her across Sri Lanka, Australia, and now in the UK, where she has worked as a primary school teacher, nursery educator, and early childhood educator. These diverse experiences have enriched her ability to create a worm, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued and excited to work through play. As a creative and fun-loving individual, Thanuja loves incorporating arts, storytelling, and interactive activities to spark curiosity and foster a lifelong love for learning. Thanuja believes in building strong relationships with families, working together to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
Shanice
Shanice finds her role fulfilling as she is able to support children in their early development, helping them grow in confidence and curiosity each day. She enjoys creating a fun and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and achieve new skills. In her free time, Shanice loves trying out new recipes in the kitchen and spending time with family and friends.
Darcie
Darcie loves to work across the ages but particularly enjoys working with our youngest explorers helping them to develop. Darcie loves to make an impact in the lives of the children and sees this as one of her biggest achievements. Darcie loves to learn new things every day and to closely interact with the children. In her spare time, Darcie loves to read and to spend time with her family.
Kawtar
Kawtar loves to teach as it gives her the opportunity to have a positive impact on the children’s learning and development. Kawtar has a background in engineering so she is particularly passionate about helping the children to create and make things with a focus on developing their problem solving skills. Empathy is one of Kawtar’s key values as it allows her to truly understand the children’s feelings and perspectives enabling her to offer support in a compassionate way.
Bharathi
Bharathi is a passionate early years practitioner who loves to create an environment where every child can feel safe, happy and inspired to learn. She believes that when a child feels emotionally secure they are in the best position to be able to grow,learn and shine. Bharathis’ background in Pharmacy gives her a strong foundation in health, safety and a secure understanding of child development and she enjoys planning creative activities that promote learning through play . Bharathi takes pride in being part of a profession that plays a vital role in shaping the next generation and she is grateful to be part of a setting that supports children during these precious first years of life.
Aliya
Aliya is a passionate and caring nursery practitioner committed to supporting young children’s early development in a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. With a natural ability to connect with children she encourages learning through play, creativity, and exploration, helping each child build confidence, curiosity, and social skills. Aliya finds it rewarding watching children grow and achieve their milestones and she is proud to play a role in their early education. For Aliya, her role is a meaningful way to give back to the community and make a lasting positive impact on future generations.
Sakshi
Sakshi finds immense joy in working with children, captivated by their boundless curiosity and creativity, which make each day an exciting adventure. She treasures the opportunity to witness their growth and development, feeling fulfilled knowing that her experience positively impacts their lives. The children’s genuine enthusiasm and eagerness to explore keep her energized and inspired. Outside of work, Sakshi expresses her creativity through making art works, doing folk dance, making fashion attires and enjoys spending quality time with her friends, cherishing the simple moments they share. Whether guiding children or pursuing her personal passions, Sakshi is driven by her love for meaningful connections and experiences.
Pranay
With a keen interest in Environmental Management Pranay believes that the most significant impact that we can make on our planet begins with shaping the minds of the next generation. His journey led him to Little Learners Land where he is committed to nurturing young hearts and minds to respect both their community and the environment. As a fitness enthusiast and a creative soul, he is passionate about instilling values of a healthy and balanced lifestyle in children—one that benefits all living beings on Earth. Pranay strives to empower our little learners with the knowledge, compassion, and habits that will help them grow into responsible and environmentally-conscious individuals.
